    The Committee on Finance moves to amend the bill on page two, section one, line three, following the word “authorized” by inserting the following:

    “with the following amendments: on page two, subsection 3.2, line one, following the word ‘and’, by striking ‘23-3-11(g)(2)(C)’ and inserting in lieu thereof ‘22-3-11(g)(2)(C)’; and

    On page two, subsection 4.1, line one, following the words ‘applies for an’, by striking the words ‘an Article 3 permit’ and inserting in lieu thereof the words ‘a permit issued under the provisions of article 3, chapter 22 of the West Virginia Code’.”
